The 212 Movement

It is really quite simple, for 2 hours and 12 minutes of each day, take time to completely disconnect from technology.  Disconnect from screens, phones, devices that steal your time.  Reconnect with your family, find a hobby, journal, work out.  Do something meaningful.  Don't let technology shift your focus from the things that really matter.
